Media Escalation 

Cisco Jabber makes it easy to connect with others through audio and video, either click a call button on a contact or from within an instant message. Once you are in a call you can control the volume, mute, transfer, place the call on hold and more.  You can even transfer calls from your desktop to your mobile phone without interruption. 

With the ease of a single click, you can add other people to your call, add video, add people to a video call or expand the video to a full screen. Cisco Jabber is standard based so video can be placed to other unified communication clients.

Microsoft Integration 

Cisco Jabber gives you the ability to initiate communications directly from within common desktop applications such as MS Outlook and Sharepoint. No customization or development work is needed for this time-saving function 

In MS Outlook, you can click on a contact card and initiate communications with that person or with everyone on an email. Send them instant message, place a call or initiate a group chat audio or video conference with all the people listed on the message. 

In MS Sharepoint, you can view presence information and click to send an IM or place a call.
