Andrew Michael Sullivan is a British born Editor and blogger who currently resides in America. He is always ready to try new ideas to make his blogging business at the top. At the beginning of this year he decided to make his famous blog “The Daily Dish” Into a stand-alone business by parting ways with” The Daily Beast”( an American news reporting website). He announced that the site will forego advertisement and generate revenue through a metered paywall and annual subscription fee for those who are willing to pay.
Sullivan entire goal for entire year was to collect about $900,000 . The question arises that will he able to make $900,000 from his blog in a a year? . But now my belief on blogging has raised higher when it came to my knowledge that he was successful to collect approximately $611,000 in less than two months , which is terrific. On Monday he told that he is already more than two-thirds of the way towards his goal for the year –after less than two months, That’s the power of blogging , revenue is unlimited , you cannot have a fixed amount of revenue every month . It depends upon your working and hard work that pays you well.
The vast majority of the revenue came from paywall which went up on Feb 1 as many people paid more than $19.99 annual subscription fee to help Sullivan get his business model successful. In about three weeks the paywall showed tremendous response and The Dish made $93,000 from subscriptions. He told that Facebook played a very important role in getting his readers and Model works well. So are you guys willing to make same amount of money in two months !! Keep Blogging .
