US Government surveillance has moved one step forward and are now targeting to leading Tech giants of US. According to the Washington Post today via PowerPoint slides , NSA and FBI are tapping into the central servers of nine leading US Tech companies to extract users data which includes Audio, Video, photographs,e-mails documents and connection logs that enable analyst to track a person’s movement and contacts over time. This secret program is known as PRISM but this is not disclosed to the public. This program was established in 2007 and six years of research and exponential growth took place beneath the surface of a roiling debate over the boundaries of surveillance and privacy. Even late last year, when critics of the foreign intelligence statute argued for changes, the only members of Congress who knew about PRISM were bound by oaths of office to hold their tongues.
