Samsung Galaxy Gear , which was recently unveiled on September 4 has taken much of the fanfare till now which shows that when this smart watch will go on sale in October , it will prove to be a lucky product for Samsung yearly sales. Before the Official launch of Samsung Galaxy Gear , a rumor is revolving around the internet that Samsung might unveil its Galaxy Gear 2 in the early 2014. According to a report by CNET , Korean news site Digital Times , it says that Samsung is hard at work for the next generation galaxy Gear which might be the markets in the early 2014 , most probably at the International Consumer Electronics Show in January or Mobile World Congress in February.
The Galaxy Gear 2 will feature long lasting battery, GPS integration and support for more Android devices. Right now the galaxy gear only works with Samsung Note 3 smartphone but the rumored Galaxy Gear 2 will work with Samsung Galaxy S3, S4 , Note 2 and much more.
We can now say that , the launch of the Galaxy gear this year was just an experiment done by Samsung , just to check the market value , monitor sales and customer feedback. If this smartwatch succeeded in gaining the expected results set by the company , Samsung might unveil even smarter watch next year which will be their actual goal. Well lets wait and watch for Galaxy Gear to come in the markets , than we can surely say that Galaxy Gear 2 is coming out next year.
