This year According to a survey by Mercer , the Global Human resources consulting firm,  there were 4 cities of Europe in the top 10 , with 2 cities of Africa and 3 cities of Asia. Last year Zurich was the No 1 most expensive city in the world , but this year the throne has been ascended by Luanda, Angola.
