Android Applications Have A Low Crash Rate As Compared To iOS Apps

Apples latest operating system iOS 7.1 is by far the most strong OS in Apple's history and has seen the lowest app crash rates yet, but it is still not better than Android. According to a survey done by Crittercism ( mobile application development company) iOS 7.1 apps crashes 1.6 percent of the time, which is the best performance ever by iOS. However , applications running on Android crashes 0.6 percent of the time, which is half as iOS apps crash rate. Based on the data gathered from 1 billion mobile phone users, Application on Android are stable.  Different versions of Android like KitKat, Ice Cream Sandwich, jelly bean all have the same crash rate through out which is 0.6%. If we see previous version of Apple OS, like iOS 6 or 5 they were having high crash rate about 2.6% or higher. If we talk about the application security, Apple application are on the top but security is not the only thing that matters, Stability is also an important factor.
