Laguardia Airport (LGA) located in Queens, New York is one of the busiest airports which serves almost 12 million passengers yearly. According to a survey, By 2030 the number of passengers traveling through LGA will increase to 30 million. What do you think the current size of the airport will accommodate this amount of passengers. Off course not, When there will be more passengers, more aircraft have to be appointed. Currently Laguardia airport consist 680 acres of space which can accommodate up to 78 aircrafts. Thinking about the future, Manhattan based firm Neoscape has created a futuristic design of Laguardia airport for advocacy group Global Gateway Alliance which showcase what LGA would look like by 2021.

The 1.3 million square foot space is three times greater than the current size of the airport. Joseph Sitt , chairman of the Global Gate Alliance said, " This comprehensive vision integrates a modern, efficient and innovative design, including the striking all-glass facade , into La Guardia main terminal". The makeover will be complete by 2021 and it will give a new look of the airport making it one of the most innovative airports ever in USA.
