Taiwan is the ASUS home country so every new smartphone by company has to be made official in the home country first than to the international market. The news is about 2 latest ASUS smartphones named as ZenFone 5 and PadFone S. These two smartphones are new and has been made official in the Taiwan smartphone market. Both Smartphones are LTE capable with good performance hardware and specifications. The pricing details of the phone is not yet available however but we have some specs revealed which might seem interesting for a normal consumer who is looking for a decent performance smartphone.
ASUS ZenFone 5 LTE is installed with quad-core Qualcomm 1.2GHz Snapdragon 400 processor with 2 GB of RAM and 8 GB of Internal memory. The phone has a great 5 inch 720p IPS display with 8MP rear camera. It has a 2,110 mAh battery. The phone runs on the latest Android 4.4 Kitkat OS with superb LTE internet capability.
ASUS PadFone S has same specifications and hardware as AT&Ts ASUS PadFone X , We can also say this smartphone is non-US version of PadFone X. The only difference is that the new PadFone S has updated Snapdragon 801 processor with a 9 tablet dock that can be controlled by Android 4.4 KitKat .
Both the smartphones are superb in their specification and features which will be liked by smartphone consumers in Taiwan. So far these smartphone are only introduced in Taiwan. If both ASUS PadFone S and ZenFone 5 received good response from people, company might release the phones in international markets as well. Lets wait and watch.
