Apple has been accused of stealing iPhone 6 design from a Chinese Company

Usually Apple is the one who’s Tablets, Smartphone or computer designs get stolen, but this time the story is opposite. A Chinese Company is accusing Apple of Stealing their design for the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus. The company says that they have contacted Apple and sent a letter in September regarding Apple’s patent infringement of a patent that the Chinese company was granted in July 2015 by China’s State Intellectual Property Officer. However, Apple didn’t respond to Digione’s claims and believing Apple didn’t even bothered to say something on the claim they published the same letter to gain Apple’s Attention on the matter.

The Chinese Company doesn’t seem to be suing Apple or asking for an injunction yet, though they do hope for “communication with goodwill would contribute to solving potential legal disputes.” It should also be noted that Digione’s website has similar aspects as of Apple’s website. So currently we can’t tell who will be suing who as both seem to be stealing. However, we will still wait for how Apple will respond to this.
