Mercedes Self Driving Car Moved One Step Forward

Welcome the new vehicle that will park by itself using a smartphone, protect your hearing inside a crash and assist  in avoiding hazards on the road. Mercedes-Benz has revealed a package of new features in  its new E-Class model, that will take self driving cars to a new level. This new car features what Mercedes-Benz explains as "next-degree Intelligent drive ", essentially a package of systems that allows a fair level of autonomous driving in city and urban locations. This car is set debut at Detroit Auto Show in January.

The car records street indicators and can switch to different speeds according to the road when set to self-driving cruise manage modes, and may talk to other vehicles to stop crashes due to traffic jams. Mercedes says the car's "Evasive Steering Assist" technology will assist motorists swerve around dangers by using sensors to see whether drivers have enough space to go through an obstacle and guiding the car to the safest route.

Mercedes E-Class also includes a remote parking pilot method that invites motorists to stage from the car and make use of a smartphone application to guide the car into tight spaces without driving manually. The car can also be unlocked using smartphone with a digital key concealed inside its hardware, which will work even if the phone's battery is low.

Some of the features might not be present in the car at launch, as self-driving vehicles are presently unlawful in Australia. The company will reveal more specifications and pricing details prior to its launch.
