How To Hide Your Stock Applications In iOS 7 – Tips And Tricks

Apple iOS7 is going well among all apple fans and it has successfully revolutionized the way people interact with phones. New applications are about to release soon for iOS 7 with much improved user interface. As iOS 7 is totally new , so many people might face some difficulty in using the operating system. Today we will share with you a quick way to make home screen look less crowded by hiding your applications in iOS 7. There is no prominent option in iOS 7 to hide the applications but we will share with you a trick by which you can easily hide your applications from home which will still be available in your search.

  

1 – First of all , you will need all your applications to be on one page. As you can see from the image above all the applications have to be in one page. If you have many applications which are on next screen as well when you swipe , so you can make a folder and place all you apps which you need to hide from home screen.

2 – Any application or folder which you need to hide from the home screen should be moved to the dock with a folder available on the on the first page to execute the working properly.

3 – Now to hide the folder or an application , you have to tap and hold on the application or folder and double press the home button. Once you see the app switcher opens( see image 2 above ) , press the home button. Now you will notice that the app or folder which you placed on the dock to hide will be blur with large size as compare to other applications( see image 3 above ) . After you see that , simply open the folder on your home which you place for the execution purpose, and then back out of it to home screen by pressing home button. The app or folder will be vanished from the dock.

This method is simple to execute and work with simple apps and folders. By creating folder you can hide more than 2 apps at a time by simple putting them in a single folder. The good part is , all the hidden apps will still be available through spotlight search. If you want to restore you apps on home screen you have to reboot your device.
