Apple WWDC 2014 Is All Set For June 2 - 6 In San Francisco

Apple's seniors vice president of Worldwide marketing,Philip Schiller says about WWDC , “We have the most amazing developer community in the world and have a great week planned for them. Every year the WWDC audience becomes more diverse, with developers from almost every discipline you can imagine and coming from every corner of the globe. We look forward to sharing with them our latest advances in iOS and OS X so they can create the next generation of great apps.”

This time WWDC has changed the way it will sell the tickets, The company announced that it will sell the tickets through a lottery system which will start from Monday April 7th. The reason why Apple adopted a lottery system this time was due to the huge demand for the tickets, so the company decided to develop a system that will issue tickets to developers chosen randomly from the pool of registered applicants.

Applicants interested in taking part in the events lottery system should be a member of one of the company's paid developers programs including the iOS developers program, iOS developers enterprise program or Mac developers program. So developers who will apply for the tickets will know their status by Monday April 7th.

Apple will also give scholarships to 200 students who get the opportunity to attend the event for free. So developers can start applying for the ticket from here .
