MWC 2015 Event Is Confirmed By Microsoft

Every year when the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) is over we start waiting for Mobile Word Congress. In this show, many different companies come to show off their new products, like tablets or smartphones.  We expect many flagship devices from major manufacturers like HTC and Samsung. All of the major brands will be their and so does Microsoft. As Microsoft is also making its own handsets, there is a good chance it will be there too. Now it has been confirmed that Microsoft will certainly be present there.

Today, Microsoft started sending out the invites for its Mobile World Congress 2015 event to press. The invites can only tell that Microsoft will make some kind of announcement on 08:30 CET March 2^nd, there is no info on what Microsoft is going to reveal. Only thing we do know are Snapdragon 810-powered Lumia devices to be released this year, however, there is not even a clue whether these devices will be released at MWC 2015 or not. There are no rumors about these devices either so there is a good chance that these High-End Lumia devices will not be announced at MWC 2015.

Microsoft Upcoming Lumia 730 Selfie Phone Launch Rumored For IFA 2014 Event

Microsoft these days is working on its upcoming Lumia 730 smartphone which so called "Selfie Phone " due to its high resolution front end camera, the launch is expected to take action at IFA 2014 event next month. Microsoft has already started sending invites for the event which will be held next month on September 4th in Berlin. Microsoft has not mentioned the Lumia 730 label in the invite however rumors are pointing towards the secret launch of Lumia 730 selfie phone. In the invite, the sentence " Join us for more facetime" indicates that Microsoft will reveal a new smartphone or gadget which will be equipped with some high enhanced upfront camera.

Besides this, merely a fortnight ago it was reported that the head of Microsoft devices, former Nokia CEO Stephen Elop, showed off two new devices at an internal company meeting. One of them was said to be the selfie focused Lumia 730.This is one of the reason which indicated that Lumia 730 is certainly destined for an announcement at IFA 2014. This time WWDC has changed the way it will sell the tickets, The company announced that it will sell the tickets through a lottery system which will start from Monday April 7th. The reason why Apple adopted a lottery system this time was due to the huge demand for the tickets, so the company decided to develop a system that will issue tickets to developers chosen randomly from the pool of registered applicants.

Applicants interested in taking part in the events lottery system should be a member of one of the company's paid developers programs including the iOS developers program, iOS developers enterprise program or Mac developers program. So developers who will apply for the tickets will know their status by Monday April 7th.

Apple will also give scholarships to 200 students who get the opportunity to attend the event for free. So developers can start applying for the ticket from here .

Chinese New Year 2014 - 10 Million Messages Sent In One Minute On WeChat

Chinese New Year 2014 - the annual celebration and a holiday according to the Chinese calender was brilliantly celebrated across the Asian countries including some parts of USA and Europe where the Chinese community exist. People sent messages , greetings , gifts and love to their friends and relatives where WeChat became the number 1 medium for them. It is recorded that , more than one million messages were processed by WeChat on Chinese New Years 2014. Thats double the number than previous year. This shows exactly how popular WeChat is in China and other Asian countries. The messaging service has almost 500 million registered customers from China alone and 270 million form other countries.
