Step 1 - Installing SideSync and Phone Screen Sharing 

Before starting your phone screen sharing , you have to download SideSync and Phone screen sharing app on your Samsung PC and Android smartphone.

Installation on your Android smartphone

• Open Samsung apps on your android smartphone.
• Create a Samsung account if you don't have one.
• Click the Search icon ( Magnifying glass ) in the upper right corner of your display. 
• Search for "SideSync" on your device and select SideSync app.
• Click Install button.
• At the bottom of download dialogue box, click accept and download. This will start download process. 
• After SideSync is download, Go to Search icon again.
• Search for "Phone Screen Sharing" on your device and click install.
• Click accept and download . This will start the download process. 

Installation on your Samsung PC

• On the Windows 8 Start Screen, Click on right mouse button on empty space. 
• Click on All Apps on the bottom right of the screen. 
• Look for Software Update in the Samsung folder and 'click' to open.
• On the User Account Control Window, click Yes.
• When the 'user agreement windows' pops up , click ' I Agree'.
• Once you already completed the step, the agreement windows will not appear again.
• On the Software Update Home Screen, click 'Reset' icon to get the latest updates. 
• Select 'All software' from left panel and select SideSync App when it is appeared. 
• Click Install button.
• Now Both SideSync and Phone Sharing will be installed on your PC. 

 Step 2 - Connecting Your PC To Android Device

In your order to use Phone screen sharing in Samsung SideSync you have to connect your android smartphone to your PC with either USB Cable or over Wi-Fi, Lets check out first how to connect your android smartphone to your PC with USB Cable, 

Connecting with USB Cable

• Connect your android device with your PC with USB cable.
• On your Android smartphone, Tap 'Phone Screen Sharing' to open.
• At the bottom of terms and conditions dialogue box, put a check mark on ' I Agree', and click ok.
• Now Your phone screen sharing will appear where you just have to press OK.
• When 'Allow USB debugging' message appears, press OK.
• Now Go to your PC and and open SideSync app present on the windows start screen.
• It will then ask you to select 'Connect Method", Just select USB, and click OK.
• Now click 'Phone Screen Sharing' on SideSync app.
• Now you will see your smartphone screen will appear on your PC.

Connecting through Wi-Fi

To connect through Wi-Fi, after opening SideSync, your android device must be connected to your PC through the same AP. 

• Switch On your Wi-Fi on your android smartphone and connect to same internet as of your PC.
• Tap 'Phone Screen Sharing' on your android smartphone to open and check 'I Agree' box on the terms and condition dialogue box.
• Tap Start button on your Phone Screen Sharing app to start.
• When a pop-up windows saying " additional engine installation is required to connect mobile device through Wi-Fi " appears , select "installation"
• Now it will ask you to install a "Plugin" from "Google Play Store" to start phone sharing.
• You need to sign in with google play store account in order to download the plugin, if you already have signed in , Press Install button.
• Now go to your PC and open "SideSync" on your PC from start menu.
• Check " private networks , such as my home or work networks" in the window security alert pop-up window, and click allow access.
• If an android device is detected in the same AP during scanning, its model name will appear in the list of available devices. 
• Click on the device you want to enable connection.
• Now on your android smartphone , "Allow PC Connection" message will appear, Click agree.
• Tap start button on your phone screen app on your android smartphone.
• Now on your PC , select "phone screen sharing" from SideSync app.
