Facebook Bringing More Core Games For Its Users

Facebook is moving one step forward in the gaming field. Facebook wants to bring a wide variety of games and gamers to its kingdom. Facebook has decided to release an SDK that will allow greater integration with the Unity gaming engine allowing developers to import their games to Facebook. Any game which will developed for Android or iOS can now be little more optimized to work with social networking giant like Facebook. Unity game engine and Facebook partnership in march for this tremendous idea of bringing games to the large population through Facebook. Social networking site like Facebook has a large audience of about 260 million monthly active users which play games in their spare time.

Considering about playing games on Facebook rather than on your mobile phones seems like interesting. This will attract a large number or gamers from all around the world. Facebook also said , In addition to the Unity SDK software developers would soon have access to parse plugin which means developers can worry less about infrastructure. Facebook Product Manager for Games Lee said,
“Parse plugin will provide services like social infrastructure for leader boards, cloud saving for players, user authentication and other features
The only problem which Facebook is facing right now is that full-screen games were difficult to implement for Facebook. Facebook’s notification created a problem which would disturb gamers bumping them out of full screen mode every time a notification arrives. This can be cured by some voice notification or something more creative but lets see what Facebook will do to cure his problem. The company has already developed Facebook optimized games as good examples which includes Uberstrike and Shadowgun: deadzone.
