“The Internet has been a boon and a curse for teenagers” – J.K Rowling, Curse in a way that teenagers spent thier whole day sitting in front of PCs and laptops surfing internet for no reason just to kill their time and play some games. Boon in a way that some teenagers get a lot of knowledge from internet which makes them aware of the world sitting in thier homes. In my opinion internet is helpful for everyone in this digital world. Internet has digitalized our life and has made us so much connected that it seems like Internet is governing us. Without internet it seems like we are disconnected with the outer world. Today's teenagers , text, share , tweet , stumble or do whatever they do online, Previous generations teenagers were not as much connected to internet as today’s teenagers are. In US, Canada,Europe and other parts of the world, teenagers were found un healthy in thier social life as compare to internet life. The revolution of Social media like , Facebook , Twitter , Emails, Snapchat, Instagram,Google+,Tumblr and many more, has made teenagers more involved in online friendships and making a wide network of friends. It was found that American teens were more involved in sending and receiving texts rather than using social media and they love to play mobile games and online games.
