Samsung Galaxy S5 First Day Sales Surpassed Galaxy S4 Record
On April 11 , the latest flagship from Samsung , the Galaxy S5 made its first public appearance in the markets and broke all previous first day sales records which its predecessor managed to make. According to ZDNet Korea, Samsung Galaxy S5 first day sales surpassed Galaxy S4 first day sales record and proved to to most sold device on its first day in Samsung history. Before the record was achieved by Galaxy S4 , which took a blasting opening and sold thousands of devices on its first day. According to the report, Samsung Galaxy S5 launch day sales are up by more than 30 percent and still there are some markets left to welcome Galaxy S5. Some of the big markets like North America , Europe and emerging markets across Asia, were the first lucky to host Galaxy S5. In some European markets , the demand was too high , where people were standing in long lines outside the stores to get Galaxy S5. Well , if the report seems true, Galaxy S5 will become the top selling smartphone of 2014. If this is the result in 125 markets only, what would be the result after it is released worldwide.
