Apple's Response To 9 Complains About Bending iPhone 6 Plus

Apple's new iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus , went on sale on Friday created a buzz of new records of weekend sales in the company's history. You might have came across news on social media about bending iPhone 6 Plus , guess what !! , Apple replied to that. The company has recently offered a word on The Wall Street Journal about the matter. According to Apple , they only received 9 complaints regarding bending iPhone 6 in customers pockets, the rest buzz created on social media was people's made videos where they are bending jumbo sized iPhone 6 plus with hands by force, off course if you apply much force to gadget or electronic device , it has to reach its ending point and result will be out of shape.

Apple said both the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus went through various test to check the durability and product strength for everyday use. The company said the new iPhones are made from a custom grade of anodized aluminum, which is tempered for extra strength. Apple said the phones also feature stainless steel and titanium inserts to reinforce high-stress locations.

Not only this , Apple was also receiving a lot of complains regarding the new iOS 8 where users were having difficulty with cellular network connectivity and the new operating system was disabling the TouchID fingerprint reader for unlocking device. Apple apologized for the inconvenience and has promised users to solve the problem. The company recommended users to switch back to earlier version of iOS 8 for the time being.
