Well, here is an interesting entry into the smartphone
market. Kodak is now making a come back and this time they are coming in with
an Android Smartphone. It is also not that much far away as it will be
introduced at CES 2015 which is right in the corner. Kodak is entering the
smartphone and tablet business next year and of course their focus will be on
photography. Kodak is not actually going to manufacture the products, but
license its name to an English company named Bullitt.
As stated in the Press release, the first Kodak smartphone
will be revealed at the CES 2015 and after that we can expect to see another 4G
handset, a Tablet and connected camera all in 2015. Some details are also
provided for its first Smartphone. We still don’t have full specification, but
you can get an idea that it will be made for photography. The phone will let
users "take great pictures and edit, share, store and print them in an
instant" and along with that it "will not compromise on design and
user experience". It should be quite interesting to see the results at CES
2015.
