Huawei Honor will hit the US in 2015

Huawei Honor

Huawei is the 5th largest vendor in the world, but still its US presence is quite a week. In 2014 they sold total 75 million smartphones worldwide, but out of all those sales only few were from the US. Now it seems Huawei wants this to change. To create a foothold in the US market, Huawei is now launching its renowned honor brand in the USA. In December 2013 Honor brand was first introduced. The honor smartphones haven’t been able to be sold in the US for free. Huawei devices chief marketing officer Shao Yang tells the Wall Street Journal that phones with contract will soon become more popular in the US that will be a great step to help company make better impact in the new market.

Yang also mentioned that it is also very important to “reach the customer directly.” Though Apple and Samsung have really strong presence, but still Huawei still has a chance to stay and they will be using digital advertisement instead of conventional media. The company only mentioned that these devices will be launched in 2015, the current time is still not known.
