Although smartphones are quite powerful devices, but their batteries are a huge issue. What’s the point of having amazing specs if the battery doesn’t last enough? This is why, every company is working on a proper solution to address this issue without sacrificing on hardware specs. Many solutions for battery has been provided but still no reliable solution has been found. Now, it seems StoreDot’s Technology might be a good solution to rely on. They have proposed a new battery technology that will charge the phone to 100% in just a minute. So, even though the batteries will die soon but still you will be able to charge it in just a minute without gluing your phone to the charger for hours.
They are using peptide molecule that has a high capacitance, which can absorb charge faster thus leading to faster charging of battery. Currently, they are trying to land deals with some smartphone manufacturers and hopefully will land deal with at least 1 or two manufacturers. So we can expect this technology in action by next year.
