Speaking to shareholders, head of cellular device JK Shin stated Samsung would double down on premium features in 2015, inside a bid to create Samsung devices stand out towards a resurgent Apple and also the assault of cheaper Chinese competitors.

Samsung will focus on three core aspects: steel casings, slim styles, and high-definition screens, according to Shin, and curiously, these attributes will be used across Samsung’s range of designs. That’s a transparent sign that Samsung intends to employ metal styles in more devices this year, becoming a member of devices like the Galaxy A sequence and, of course, the brand new Galaxy S6.

Samsung’s newfound focus on premium styles has most likely been reinforced by the warm reception that its new flagship is enjoying - regular clients, pundits, and carriers have showered the Galaxy S6 and the S6 Edge with praise, prompting Samsung to boost the initial production operate by 1,000,000.
