Panasonic Unveils ToughPad FZ-E1 and FZ-X1 Tablets

Panasonic has recently unvieled a new lineup of tablets named as ToughPad FZ-E1 and FZ-X1 which lies in the same category of rugged tablets like Samsung Galaxy Tab Active showcased at IFA 2014. Both the models of Panasonic Tablets have same hardware features but the only difference is their operating system. The ToughPad FZ-E1 will be running on Windows 8 and FZ-X1 will be running on android operating system, which means the consumers and businesses will have 2 options to choose from. Both the models will display 5 inch screen with 720 HD resolution which is superb.

The touchscreen of the new Panasonic tablets is made in such a way that they are even operable when wearing gloves which in some conditions is suitable for people working outside and for doctors. The use of tablets in the healthcare industry is increasing , so these tablets could be handy for doctors while analyzing patients health stats with their gloves on. 

Both Panasonic ToughPad FZ-E1 and FZ-X1 are installed with IP65 and IP68 protection ratings which allow them to survive water immersion. The hardware specification of the tablets is superb with a quad-core 2.3GHz processor for Windows tablet and 1.7GHz processor for the android tablet with 4G LTE connections in both.

If you want to experience one of these rugged tablets, the Panasonic FZ-X1 is currently available for 1,385 Euro whereas the other model FZ-E1 will be available in November for 1,428 Euros.
