For Retail Employees Apple is looking for people with Fashion/Luxury background

Apple Geniuses can help customer with all their queries regarding products like MacBook, iMac, iPad and the iPhone. However, the question is would those same geniuses will also be able to handle Apple Watch that is designed as Luxury watch? Well, they might be able to do it, but not as efficiently as a person with fashion/ luxury background could do. That is why it seems Apple is trying to hire retail candidates who have good knowledge about fashion and Luxury. So they could help sell the Apple watch which is a Luxury watch to potential customers. 

It is not new Apple showing interest in Fashion and Luxury. Apple has hired many executives from fashion and luxury background in the past. For example, Paul Deneve, the former CEO of Yves St. Laurent and Angela Ahrendts who was the CEO of Burberry. So yes, it is quite clear how all of this is going to turn out, so we should better wait till next year when Apple watch will be released. The exact timing of the Apple Watch release is not known yet, some expect it to be released with Chinese New Year and some expect a 14 February release.
