For quite a long time, companies like Apple and Samsung have
fought for the best company in consumer satisfaction. However, in most cases
Apple always won this title, but things have changed in 2014. Samsung has
finally won this title for year 2014 based on the American Consumer
Satisfaction index. For many years Apple always had the lead with a score in
80+, however, it seems these numbers are in a downward trend for the year 2014.
Samsung always was in the 70s, but this time it managed to score 81 while apple
went down to 79 only. This is quite an achievement for Samsung as it finally
managed to beat Apple in their turf in the US.
It is still not sure if Samsung is going to maintain this
lead in 2015 and Apple might take its crown back. Although, if the rumors of
Samsung Galaxy S6 are true, there is still a chance Samsung might be able to
keep the crown for 2015 too. I am sure you all are quite surprised to see
Samsung winning this title considering how popular iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus
are, but there is a possibility that unavailability and “Bendgate” issue of the
phones might have accounted for the lower score.
