There is a great news for gamers today after Amazon's Twitch gaming service, Google is bringing in a new rival named YouTube gaming. With YouTube Gaming, Google is creating a distinct segment edition of YouTube that is particularly centered on gaming. The services will consist of web pages devoted to specific games that customers will probably be able to follow, and each page will consist of videos, channels and live streams focused on these video games. YouTube Gaming will consist of web pages for more than 25,000 video games.
YouTube stated on Friday in a post " YouTube gaming is all about your favourite games and gamers with a wide variety of videos".
YouTube also mentioned that they are introducing an improved version of their live streaming service in the next few weeks which will allow users to broadcast live streams more easily using only one link that will be easier for viewers to tune in without searching for new link each time. Creators will be able to customize their profiles to a greater extent as compared to before. There will be a My Games section where viewers can save their favourite games, and based on their interests, Youtube will recommend other games they might like.
Youtube Gaming will be available for desktop and mobile platforms including Android and iOS. Youtube already introduced a landing page for its Gaming service. You can visit the landing page in the meantime and choose " Get notified" option to get latest updates when the service will launch.
