New HTC Butterfly 3 Specifications Revealed

So far this year, we haven’t listened to too much regarding HTC’s new Butterfly three flagship. We’ve  listened to speculations about the Asia-centric smartphone that will tote a 5.2-inch Quad Hd display (much like the One M9+), but that’s the extent of it. Now we’re obtaining a few more hints at exactly what the gadget will deliver towards the table, many thanks to a recent benchmark check more than at CompuBench.

HTC butterfly 3

The benchmark check reveals the HTC Butterfly 3 (J Butterfly HTV31) will have a slightly smaller sized 5.1-inch screen with a 2560 x 1440 resolution, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor supported by 3GB of RAM, and an Adreno 430 GPU. The benchmark reveals additionally, it has 32GB of onboard storage, a 20MP rear-facing digital camera along with a high-res 13MP front-facing camera. It’s also running Android five.0.2 Lollipop.

Traditionally, HTC has only introduced the Butterfly sequence in Asian countries, so people in North America probably won’t obtain an opportunity to determine this gadget. We should always attempt to keep in mind that, regardless of how exact the indications are, nothing has yet been verified by the company. But if these hardware specifications are correct, the Butterfly 3 will turn out to be one of the best smartphones of the 2015.

Qualcomm Apparently Verifies Snapdragon 810 In HTC One M9

Have you been interested in the approaching HTC One particular M9? From what we often hear in line with the gossips, the handset will probably be loading Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 810 chipset less than its hood. This is certainly Qualcomm’s latest chipset and the majority of potent up to now, and provided that HTC One M9’s flagship status, we can easily only believe that HTC will want the very best hardware probable.

HTC One M9 snapdragon processor

It seems that Qualcomm might have confirmed it in a teaser video they released, even though given that rumors are what they are, it’s really quite hard to tell. The recording is essentially the cycling of three images that shows a mystical handset in black color with the figures “8: 10”, “10: 08”, and “10: 09”.

The initial pair of amounts is most probably in guide for the Snapdragon 810 chipset. These figures are the amounts that HTC usually displays on his or her cell phones in marketing supplies, as well as the bounce to “10: 09” is likely a nod to HTC’s selection to mention the handset the HTC One particular M9.

This really is, of course, conjecture at this point, but we reckon the reason for adding latest Qualcomm chipset in HTC One M9 is fairly accurate. If you’d like to see what HTC has in store for us, remember to check back with us then for all the official details, in any case HTC will be making it all official on the 1st of March which is this Sunday. Get back to us for more details and announcements.

Images of Purported HTC One M9 and Specs Leaked

HTC One M9 Plus

Well, it seems there are still some rumors left before the reveal of HTC’s next Flagship HTC One M9 or Hima. The picture you are seeing is said to be the HTC One M9 Plus. It seems it is going to be just like HTC One M9 but with a bigger screen and better specs. According to the Leak, this HTC One M9 Plus is going to feature 5.5-inch Quad HD display, while being powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 810 processor along with 3GB RAM and some other features like Dual rear camera and Fingerprint scanner.

Although, this new source of rumor doesn’t have much of a reputation so we can’t rely on the information they have provided. However, if such device with larger display and few extra features do come it won’t shock the people as HTC is already known for making a larger display version of its flagships. There is also a chance that this could be the prototype of HTC One M9 which company tested but then moved on to another. BoomSound stereo speakers have never made to any of HTC’s devices but in the picture it can be found on top and bottom.

Lollipop is now released for HTC One M8 Developer and Unlocked units

htc one m8 lollipop

Android Lollipop 5.0 was released in November but still it hasn't hit many of the major devices. It will take quite a long time until it is available on all popular devices. HTC was one of few OEMs who gave plans for Lollipop update. And today they are putting it into action. For HTC M8 the Lollipop 5.0 update has been released, but only for unlocked and developer versions. The Vice president of HTC, Mo Versi gave this news, he tweeted that they have received technical approval for their flagship device by Google but only for Developer and Unlocked versions.

So this means everyone who owns a developer or unlocked version of HTC One M8 should get a Lollipop 5.0 update by now. The good part is, along with all the amazing features of Lollipop it will also have HTC’s Sense 6.0 Customer user interface. The main reason why only these versions received update first is because there are no carriers between them. So people who own an HTC from one of the carriers will have to wait a bit until it is approved by their specific carrier.

Leaked HTC Hima Pictures

HTC Hima

You must have heard from many rumors that HTC’s new Flagship phone will be called HTC Hima. This phone belongs to the same line up of HTC One M7 and HTC One M8. Many people thought HTC One M9 would be the next Flagship and if you are one of them, we are not going to blame you as HTC is going with a different name this time. While we still need confirmation on this attractive device, take a look some of  HTC Hima purported leaked pictures. According to many rumors, it seems HTC is sticking with its old metal build design just like its predecessors. It can also be seen in the pictures with a big display and metal build.

HTC Hima

There seems to be a duo camera on the back even though it was rumored that this setup will not be used in next HTC’s Flagship and a 20.7 megapixel camera will take the spot. This means either the rumors were false or these are not HTC Hima pictures. According to rumors, HTC Hima will feature a Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 810 processor with 3GB RAM, a 20.7 megapixel rear and 13 megapixel front camera, 2,840mAh battery and Android 5.0 Lollipop. We are still not sure if it is going to come with a full HD 1080p display or a 2,560×1,440 pixel resolution Quad HD display.

Now HTC has released another “hot deal” with a good discount. HTC is now offering 20% discount on all smartphone purchases made through their website. In a New leak, HTC Hima Specs Confirmed

HTC Hima

There have been many rumors related to HTC Hima, the rumored successor to the HTC One M8. The specs of HTC Hima were not confirmed, but in another leak from Upleaks, they posted its specs which somewhat confirm what we know already. However, it is all still just rumors and nothing is confirmed by HTC but there is a good chance the new handset will feature all these specs as they already seem good enough. It is rumored that HTC Hima will feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 chipset along with 3GB of RAM, a 5-inch Full HD display, a 20.7MP rear-facing camera, and according to Upleaks we might see a 13MP front camera or a 4MP UltraPixel Front camera.

It is also expected that it will come with a 2,840mAh battery and running Sense 7.0. It is quite odd as most of the people were expecting Sense 6.0 as HTC’s focus is currently on it. However, Upleaks say that Sense 6.0 will be used in current handsets with Android 5.0 Lollipop update and Sense 7.0 will be available for upcoming devices. So for now, we will just have to wait to see what it will run.

HTC “Hima” might come in Silver, Gold and Gray color (Rumor)

HTC Hima colors

HTC has been quite successful with its HTC One M7 and One M8 during 2013 and early this year. Of course, this means we are all excited to see what HTC is going to offer in 2015. Well, according to rumors it says the new star of HTC will be HTC Hima. We have managed to get some information its specifications so far, but according to another rumor its color options have also been revealed. According to the source HTC Hima colors include Gold, gray and silver, which you might have noticed by now resembles the colors of the iPhone. However, it will interesting to see how Hima will work with these colors.

In case you have missed on its specs, here is a recap. According to rumors, HTC Hima might feature a 5-inch Full HD display and device being powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 chipset. It might also come with 3GB of RAM, a 20.7MP rear-facing camera, and a 2,840mAh battery to keep it going.

It is quite odd that the new HTC Hima will be missing UltraPixel technology, which is its key feature. Furthermore, it will also come with a Full HD display instead of QHD which other Flagships are moving too. But still it is still a rumor so we should better wait and till then take it as a grain of salt.

HTC One M7 and One M8 lost Voice call functionality due to an update

HTC One M7 and HTC One M8

Currently you can get an HTC Service Pack update from Google Play store for your HTC One M7 and One M8. If you are planning to update your phone then we will advise you to hold on for now. It has been reported that HTC One M7 and HTC One M8 are having issues with Voice calls. Users have reported that they can’t make calls with their HTC One M7 or M8 and even the dial tone is not heard while dialing a call. There have been some fixes recommended by some users like clearing cache from Google Play Framework, Google Play Services, and in even uninstalling chrome in some situations.

However, it has been proven that these fixes are actually temporary and there is still chance the problem might occur again. Users can also factory reset their phone, but of course that comes with a price too, and you will have to restore everything again. HTC still have to comment on this, and hopefully we will hear from them soon.

According to a Rumor, HTC Hima Might come with a Windows Phone Version

HTC Hima Specifications

You must have heard of a rumor that HTC is now working on their next Flagship phone and it would be called HTC Hima instead of the expected HTC One M9. Now, according to a new rumor, it has also come into light that the HTC Hima might even have a Windows Phone version as well. It might just seem a imaginative thing, but in actually there are some facts that actually back it up. Like the HTC One M8 also has a Windows Phone version in which it is the same HTC One M8 with only Windows Phone running on it. It seems that if the rumor is true, then the same thing will happen to HTC Hima and we will get the same hardware with different operating system then Android.

If you still don’t know what the HTC Hima Specifications are then you should know that it will come with a 5-inch Full HD display and powered by a 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 chipset accompanied by 3GB of RAM. The rear camera will be of 20.7MP and a 13MP front camera is also expected along with a 2,840mAh battery to keep things going. If the rumor does come true, then with such specifications this could be the most powerful Windows phone handset around.

HTC’s next Flagship phone will be HTC Hima not HTC One M9

HTC flagship phone

Well, it seems HTC One M9 won’t be the next HTC flagship phone (so much for this rumor). After the popular HTC One M7 and M8 most of the people believed that HTC’s next flagship phone will be HTC One M9. However, according to a new rumor, it seems HTC One naming scheme won’t be applied in 2015. It says that the Next HTC flagship phone will be called HTC Hima and it will also come in totally different branding in March 2015. The latest news about HTC Hima is that it is currently being tested in carrier labs and will be sold by all major carriers in U.S when the Smartphone will be introduced in March 2015. An announcement related to this Smartphone might be made in Mobile World Congress.

The rumor also mentions specifications of HTC Hima, it will come with 5-inch full HD Display and powered by Snapdragon 810 processor and 3GB RAM. The rear camera will be of 20.7 megapixels and a front camera of 13 megapixels is also expected.  The rumor also claims that a cheaper version called HTC Hima Ace will also be launched with dual SIM which will be target towards emerging markets like China.

HTC One (M9) Rumored Specifications

HTC One M9

2015 is getting closer and we are about to approach rumors of every smartphone company’s flagship device. Some might show up in Consumer Electronics show 2015 or at MWC, but currently we have rumor specifications of HTC’s flagship phone HTC One (M9). A report from China claims that they have Specifications of HTC One M8 successor HTC One (M9), though we can’t be 100% sure as it still needs confirmation but it might be true.

The report claims that HTC one (M9) will come with a 5.5 inch screen with 22,560×1,440 pixel resolution. It will be running on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor with 3GB RAM. A battery of 3,500mAh will be powering this powerful phone. Furthermore, with all these heavy specifications it might also come with a 16 megapixel camera at the back with Optical image Stabilization. Perhaps, HTC will have to find another partner for the audio experience in this smartphone as their contract with Beats has ended and it is being owned by Apple. There is chance that HTC might partner with Bose for a premium audio experience for its flagship phone.

Nothing is confirmed yet from HTC so it is better to take all of it lightly and don’t start making purchasing decisions on these specifications. We might hear more about the flagship phone at Mobile World Congress 2015 in Barcelona.
